Instead of going for my second workout for the day last evening, I decided to indulge in something fun and creative. Just for a change.
And I created this: *shudders with delight*
Two A6-sized notebooks. Originally, just a plain red or yellow-cover notebook bought from Eaton's (Centerpoint) for a mere RM2.00 each. Touched it up with some poster color and drawings and then superglue a black elastic band so that the pages hold better together.
Not bad, huh. Maybe i could be an artist or an illustrator.
Maybe i could make money out of creating cute notebooks.
Ooohhhh...the thought of it.
You see, I'm a sucker for notebooks, cute and pretty ones, especially those with a hard-bound cover (i like those that are spiral-bound,too) and an elastic fastener. I have a collection--albeit not a large one as yet--of about 20 over of them in different sizes and colors.
But I am not obssessed with my notebooks, in fact, they're all scattered everywhere in my room with no proper storage, but for some of them, especially those that were bought during my travels, they do hold a certain degree of preciousness to me and i do keep them safely somewhere secret in my room. :)I've been scribbling a lot lately. Chuckle if you want, but I have at least four A6-sized notebooks that i bring every day to work. Each for different purpose. These notebooks are like my life. I use them to write almost everything that i need to remember and do.
